Salted kombu is a traditional Japanese food made by simmering kombu (kelp) in soy sauce.
Our Salted Kombu is made from premium Ma-kombu harvested in Southern Hokkaido, carefully seasoned with naturally brewed tamari soy sauce from Mie Prefecture. The rich umami of kombu and soy sauce creates a deep, satisfying flavor without the use of MSG or additives.

Enjoy it as a topping for rice and Onigiri  or as a savory snack.
