■ Payment Methods

Credit cards accepted are VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, and AmazonPay.

The date of purchase and the settlement date of your credit card company may differ.
Please check your credit card company's invoice for the settlement date.

■ Delivery of Orders

All shipments are made from Japan. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During certain peak periods, processing may take longer.

The time it takes for your package to be shipped from our fulfillment center depends on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

■ Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on your location. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see available shipping rates. We are working to lower our international shipping costs as we grow. We ask for your patience.

■ Import Duties and Taxes

Prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient, usually on delivery. Please check your country's import rules for food products before placing your order.
