■Return Policy

Defective Products
We take great care in the quality control and handling of our products, but please contact us if the product is damaged, stained, or if there is a quality problem.
Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

Return period
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or products that have been returned for any reason. However, if the product is damaged or stained, or if there is a quality problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Return shipping charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please contact “5 ELEMENTS ONLINE SHOP” within 8 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise (including the day of receipt).
If the product is defective, we will bear the cost.


■About refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise arrives at our company.

We will take back the relevant item(s) when we replace the item(s).

We do not accept returns for reasons attributable to the customer (different image, wrong order, etc.). Please understand this in advance.

*In some cases, we may not be able to exchange the product for the same kind of product due to product shortages or other reasons. Please understand this.
